Fix for iPad Connection

If your student is having problems connecting to classes and apps with their iPad, please follow these instructions to update the device:

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on GlobalProtect
  • Click on Notifications
  • Change to “Allow”
  • Return to iPad home screen - find GlobalProtect App.
  • When it opens, you will see MPS-Student and Password.
  • Enter student username and password, and connect.
