Welcome to Ms. Kelly Fulton's webpage

Greetings Bancroft Students and Families!

My name is Kelly Fulton and this is my eighth year teaching here at Bancroft. This is my eleventh year teaching fifth grade and I love it! I feel very passionate about preparing our students for the big transition to middle school. I feel honored to teach at an IB school where we value learning through inquiry and helping students grow into compassionate global citizens and lifelong learners.

A little about me...

I grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and moved to the Twin Cities to attend the University of Minnesota for my undergraduate and graduate programs in Elementary Education. I enjoy living here in Minneapolis (yes, even during the winter months!) but I do love to travel within and beyond the United States. My husband and I are parents to a spirited and inquisitive toddler named Jade. We live near Bancroft so you may run into us at a park or out for a stroll on occassion!

Parents, I look forward to collaborating with you as partners in your child's education. Please feel comfortable to contact me with questions or concerns, or if you are interested in volunteering in our classroom.

The best way to reach me is by email. You can email me at kelly.fulton@mpls.k12.mn.us.

You may also reach me by phone if you call the school at 612-668-3550, send a note with your student, or visit the school and stop by room 43.
